This First Edition son is a very well balanced, heavy boned and has loads of muscle. This guy didn’t get the nick name 'Wide Load' for nothing. We bought Edition from Black Ridge Angus a couple of years ago. It was one of those deals where we didn’t really need a bull at the time but I was told, if the right bull comes along, you buy him whether you need him or not. His mother was one of the best cows at Black Ridge. She is moderate, very easy keeping, and has a terrific udder. They had many daughters in the herd and they were all made that way. We are very happy with the calves by Edition 8R and we look forward to getting more off him down the road, as our commercial clients love his sons.
